Cancellations & Tardiness: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or changes. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your service time or reschedule to keep our schedule on track for all guests.

Service Satisfaction & Refunds: We take immense pride in delivering the highest quality Acrylic extensions, Gel-X, structured Builder Gel, and professional Russian manicures in Chicago. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you pay. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

7-Day Guarantee Policy: We offer a complimentary 7-day guarantee for our long-lasting Gel, Dip powder, or Acrylic services. Please note that changing your mind on the nail color is not included as part of our guaranteed fix.
